1) STOCK MATERIAL

All goods must be returned in new condition, in the original carton, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or the invoice number. All return goods will be subject to a re-stocking charge unless due to our error.

2) SPECIAL ORDER MATERIAL

No material will be accepted until written permission to return is obtained by Stoneway from the manufacturer. Any material is subject to the return conditions of the specific manufacturer. In addition, all the conditions for return of stock goods also apply.

Please contact the Stoneway branch where the material was purchased PRIOR to any return.
